We’ve scaled from zero to $30M per year in less than three years. And we’re aiming to hit $100M in the next 2-3 years.

To give you an idea of what that looks like: our recruiting department conducts 600-800+ interviews and places 80-120+ sales reps every single month. As you can imagine, it takes a well-oiled machine to maintain such a high level quality for our clients at that kind of scale.

And because our mission is to produce world-class salespeople and sales teams…

As the Sales Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll not only be responsible for finding and placing top-tier talent on our clients’ sales teams, but also for managing those relationships with the same exceptional level of service we’re known for within the industry.

This position comes with a ton of autonomy and opportunity for advancement, and we’re looking for someone who’s hungry, coachable, and detail-oriented. The right person for this position has account management experience and you’ll be well compensated for it. Recruiting experience is a bonus, but not necessary.

Positions Summary

What we do

Closers.io works with online businesses, online coaches and online consultants on a consulting basis to help them grow month over month. We help them create a foundation for their growth, by helping them with their leadership, their marketing and their sales. 


On top of that we work closely with them and their sales teams to ensure that reps are consistently performing and hitting KPI week in week out. 

About the role

Closers.io is currently seeking a full time skilled, self-motivated, and energetic Sales Rep Liaison to join our team. The Sales Rep Liaisons main objective is to interview potential candidates that would potentially be a good fit for our clients sales teams. We’re looking for a dynamic team-player to work closely with potential talent, the rest of the team, and several internal operational groups to accelerate overall growth.

What You’ll Be Doing…

Identify potential talent that would be a good fit
Schedule interviews with said talent
Conduct interviews with talent 
Be able to take clear and concise notes during the interview 
Communicate with the rest of the team efficiently and effectively
Attend team meetings and trainings to keep current with technology
Sourcing applicants: You must find potential applicants through various job boards, our own community, and generating referrals.
Taking full ownership of the hiring process and keeping track of all applicants 
Working with executive team to match the right people with the right roles
NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here at Closers.io is located throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and England.

Have less than 6 months of experience in the online consulting industry
